The Department of Culture is pleased to offer an annual Writer in Residence programme. Each year an award-winning writer is selected to conduct a workshop on a specific genre with the aim of improving the overall quality of Bermudian literature and writing.
The workshop facilitator will conduct classes with student groups over a period of time. Students will be required to submit a final piece within the selected genere at the end of the programme.

Application Process:
The Department of Culture will issue a call for applications approximately six weeks before the start of the programme, with interested persons submitting a writing sample for consideration.
